1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentHut.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. Our goal is to provide a platform that helps people do their jobs quickly with effective AI usage.

2. Platform Purpose

AgentHut is a community-driven marketplace for AI agent prompt files (.md format) compatible with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT. We connect contributors who create agents with users who want to use them to improve their productivity.

3. Disclaimer of Liability for Agent Performance

• AgentHut does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any agent
• AgentHut is not responsible for any performance issues, errors, or problems arising from using downloaded agents
• Contributors are solely responsible for the content of their agents
• Agents may become outdated as AI tools and models evolve
• You use all agents at your own risk and should review content before deploying in production
• AgentHut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by agent use

4. Contributor Requirements

4.1 Security and Safety

By submitting an agent to AgentHut, contributors represent and warrant that:

• The agent does not contain malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or exploits
• The agent is not designed to facilitate fraud, phishing, social engineering, or cyber attacks
• The agent does not collect, exfiltrate, or misuse user data without consent
• The agent does not attempt to bypass security controls or authentication mechanisms
• The agent does not promote or facilitate illegal activities
• The content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• You are the original author or have obtained all necessary rights to distribute the content

4.2 Submission Policy

• All public agents require admin approval before going live
• Contributors may only have one agent under review at a time
• Rejected agents cannot be resubmitted; create a new improved version instead
• Violations result in immediate account suspension, removal of all agents, and forfeiture of pending earnings

5. Premium Agents

• Agents can become premium after enough unique downloads and once the contributor has set a price (threshold is admin-configurable)
• By default, contributors earn about 70% of each sale and AgentHut retains about 30% as a platform fee — these percentages are set in the admin portal and may change at any time (see full Terms)
• During review, AgentHut may suggest or require a different listing price than you submitted
• AgentHut may remove or takedown any agent at any time at its discretion (see full Terms)
• All premium agent purchases are final and non-refundable
• Premium downloads do not count against your regular free/Pro download quota

7. User Conduct

Prohibited actions include:

• Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform
• Creating fake accounts or manipulating download counts
• Sharing premium agent files without authorization
• Circumventing payment or quota systems
• Uploading malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading content to AgentHut, contributors grant AgentHut a worldwide, perpetual license to host, display, and distribute the content through the Platform. Contributors retain original authorship but grant AgentHut the rights necessary to operate the marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHut's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is less). AgentHut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

AgentHut may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately for new users and 30 days after notice for existing users. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
